Next Step Star, Idaho

Ministry Development Program

Next Step Star, Idaho aims to develop capable and equipped ministers who will either plant roots to continue their ministry or get sent out.

The one-year Ministry Development Program offers opportunities to serve across church ministry, participate in staff meetings, ministry planning and collaboration, and receive discipleship from pastors and ministry leaders in event planning, team leadership, evangelism, prayer, Bible study, teaching, and preaching.

The program includes intentional discipleship and a pathway to diverse ministry experience. The church hopes to send each intern on an international mission trip.
